If you'd like to qualify for Team Platinum's Mentoring Program, start by inviting your team to participate along with your and your workout partners Sunday nights on the Performance Club Support Call. 712-432-0075 pin 975664# @ 5:55pm PT/8:55pm ET and follow these 3 steps in the Team Platinum Mentoring Program:
#1. From this day forward... Update your activity tracking documents (KPI Tracking Sheet & Sit-Down Presentation Chart) daily and send a picture of them to your upline Executive Director every day. Tracking documents are found here: teamplatinum.biz/tracking
#2. Print out the Executive Director Focus Group Agreement (here) or below. If you agree, complete and sign it, and ask your upline Executive Director to interview you to see what you have to do to qualify for the mentoring program.
#3. After you've made the necessary commitments to qualify for the mentoring program, you will receive a 15 minute coaching session each week. Do the following:
A. Take notes and action not only as a student, but also as one who will soon be mentoring & coaching others once you become a CORE Leader and a qualified mentor. A CORE Leader on Team Platinum is someone who is already Performance Club Qualifying by the 15th of the month consistently and already committed to the "2+2 Formula" (Showing 2 new people a day and Showing up 2 nights/wk including your weekly briefing and the Sunday night conference calls).
B. After you know the dreams & goals of your new team members and do their 1st PBR and PCC, bring them here to complete these 3 steps and connect them with your Qualified Executive Director. Your Executive Director will let them know what assignment(s) they need to complete before they can start receiving their 15 minute weekly coaching session.
